What Does It Mean to Be a "Great Leader?"

When we strip history’s luminaries of their accolades, career accomplishments, titles and power, what do they have in common as human beings?Commitments to:
- live in alignment with purpose;
- endlessly cultivate the self;
- serve the greater good.
The exact topics that don’t get addressed in your typical MBA program.

Strengthening Inner Foundations

Great leaders consistently work to strengthen their moral, ethical, and spiritual backbones and embody the fundamental skills of personal mastery and societal service.Far more important than managing optics; keeping career options open; pleasing one’s shareholders, board members, boss, customers, or constituents; or hitting OKRs at all costs…...is understanding that leadership is human work.And that to do it well, a leader must both master and surrender to his or her own humanity...…and commit to the journey of being a never-ending work in progress.

So, What's The Spring Leadership Dojo?

In martial arts, a dojo is a place for immersive and experiential learning through practice and meditation.In our fast-paced modern world, how many of us make the time to immerse ourselves in any kind of environment that allows such self-cultivation?The Spring Leadership Dojo is a 20-day immersive journaling challenge that includes:1. Daily journaling prompt delivered to a private WhatsApp group
2. Daily centering practices (video and audio) to unlock a deeper level of introspection
3. A community of 19 other high-performing leaders at a similar junction in their own journeys, committed to supporting each other
4. Group coaching with Franziska Gonder, renowned somatic leadership coach to executives and high performers
The cost of the program is $200.

Who This Is For

This 20-day journaling challenge is for leaders of all kinds—tech, politics, parenting, and everything in between—who are ready to step onto the mental balcony, recommit to the inner journey, and get out of their own way.It’s for leaders who might be in their own way, confused at how their own unconscious behaviors or thoughts may be stunting their continued professional growth.It’s for leaders whose old style of hustle and grind isn’t serving them the way it used to.It’s for leaders who want to feel contagiously calm and capable, and want to be known as such by their people.It’s for leaders who may have journaled in the past and are looking to rekindle the habit.And it’s for leaders who may have tried other personal development and leadership development approaches and want something more, but different.

Who This Is NOT For

This journaling challenge may not be for you if...You believe there’s not much you can improve about the way you lead your life or your people.You don’t have the time or will to spend 10 minutes per day for 20 days journaling to yourself.You don’t feel ready to address uncomfortable vulnerable topics such as personal blind spots and ways in which you might be complicit in creating the circumstances you wish to change in your life.You feel that you’d be better supported by a mental health professional at this point in your journey.
